Access to the webCARES web site requires very high security!
This is why we require Microsoft's Internet Explorer and 128 bit cipher strength.
To find out if your Internet Explorer is 128 bit choose “About
Internet Explorer” from your
browsers “Help” menu. You should see “Cipher
Strength: 128-bit”.
If your browser has 128 bit cipher strength click "Next" to continue...
If you see “Cipher Strength: 40-bit" or
"Cipher Strength: 56-bit” click "Cancel"
and please upgrade your browser
to 128-bit (see below). Once you have upgraded your browser return
to "First
Time User Wizard" and continue with "Step 3.) Bypass the initial security
prompts".
Note: If you are running Windows 2000 you
will need to install the
Windows 2000 High Encryption Pack
BEFORE upgrading
Internet
Explorer to 128-bit.
